“dude. it’s 5:30.”
“are you serious? hahaha…”
still in pajamas and onto another cup of coffee, we had pretty much used up our day in bristol doing exactly what you want to be doing with people you never get to see. absolutely nothing.
yet around 6 we figured we needed a few things and so piled into the car for a grocery store run. i clunked a couple newcastles and a 5-pack of kit-kats down on the counter. this is my shopping for the day.
it went dark. we ate leftover chinese and listened to this countrys homegrown contribution to the world: the beatles.
“living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.
it’s getting hard to be someone but it all works out.
it doesn’t matter much to me.
let me take you down, ’cause i’m going to strawberry fields.
nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
strawberry fields forever”
you can take pictures of museums and palaces and monuments…or you can flick the hours off your finger with two incredible friends who are only interested in doing the same. absolutely nothing.
and so it goes here in england.
